Learning about yoga couldn’t be easier with our Beginners Yoga course! It will give you a great foundation in the yoga basics.
Our next course starts week beginning 3rd February 2025 and lasts 4 weeks.
Regular yoga can help reduce stress, anxiety and risk of disease.
Physically, it will help you relax and feel rejuvenated, and keep you flexible and fit.

This Foundation Basics course is ideal for:
- those new to yoga
- anyone new to our school
- those coming back to yoga and wanting a refresher to get back up to speed
- existing students – this course will greatly enhance your understanding during regular classes as well as offering a framework to establish a ‘home practice’.
We have flexible pricing so you can choose what best suits you and how much time you can commit.
These prices are for the 4 week course.
1 class a week: $100 ($25 a class)
2 classes a week: $150 ($18.75 a class)
3 classes a week: $180 ($15 a class)
4 classes a week: $210 ($13 a class)
5 classes a week: $240 ($12 a class)
So, for example, the $180 course pass allows you to attend any 3 Foundation Basics yoga classes each week for 4 weeks – that’s amazing value at $15 a class.
We suggest that by attending 2-3 times a week you will start to quickly feel the benefits of yoga.
The more often you attend, the greater the benefit!

We are located in the same complex as Ritchies Super IGA. The yoga studio is on the opposite side to the petrol station.
There is plenty of free parking available in front of the studio in the complex.
Booking is not required for classes in the studio – just turn up 15 minutes before the class start time.
Info for your first class
We know that your first yoga class can be daunting but remember that everyone had their first day too, including all yoga teachers!
You don’t have to be fit or flexible.
You don’t need special yoga clothes – just wear loose comfortable clothing or shorts/t-shirt or gym style gear
… and you don’t even need a yoga mat – we provide all the equipment required.
