The benefits of yogic breathing are far-reaching, helping you to feel vibrant and more relaxed, as well enhancing the benefits of your posture work.
Pranayama is the foundation of any Hatha Yoga practice as it is through controlled breathing that you can increase awareness of your body and mind connection and learn how to balance it.
It is this sense of awareness of body, mind and emotions which results in improved overall mind/body function and reduced stress levels.
When you are truly focused on your breath, your 'chattering mind' can be quietened, helping you to be fully in the moment, and to let go of worries and concerns.
If you are already familiar with Ujjayi breathing, this workshop is a wonderful chance to devote some time to it, to practice, learn tips and ask questions.
For everyone, it's a great opportunity to discover, understand, practice and ask Peter questions.
