Most mornings and evenings we like to offer a choice of classes.
Level 1 – For an easier practice.
Level 2 or 3 – For a more
dynamic practice – Suitable for people in good physical health.
We
teach in 5 week courses. For each course, we will go over a selected
set of exercises each week, so that by week 5 you will have a good
understanding on how to do those yoga exercises correctly and their
benefits. Every 5 weeks we change over what we teach so that you can
get a deeper, and better understanding of the whole practice of yoga.
Yoga Therapy
If you have a particular injury or health problem we advise to
take out a Therapy Package.
If you are a new student to yoga we can show you specific
exercises tailored to your individual needs. This will not only help
your injury or problem heal, but give you a better understanding of
how to work with it, so in a general class situation you will have
more of an understanding of what to do.

Pregnancy & Yoga
Learning Yoga whilst you are
pregnant is a wonderful time for really exploring the sensations of
the body and intuitively opening and steadying yourself.
Level 1 classes are the best for
this. Learning different asanas to open and release tension
and steadying asanas to stabilise your energy and replenish your
batteries.
With prior yoga experience Level 2
classes can be suitable also.
Whatever stage you are up to in
your pregnancy let us help you to share the benefits of yoga.
Early Morning Yoga Course
There's nothing like an early morning yoga
practice to kick start your day! You'll leave refreshed,
energised and ready to tackle the tasks ahead of you with
greater ease, enjoyment and efficiency.
No course running at the moment, but keep an eye out dates in the future.
Comprehensive Yoga Course
2010
After the success of the previous comprehensive courses, we would
like to offer more people the opportunity to receive a deeper insight into
the art and science of yoga.
The Comprehensive course is
a 12 month (50 classes) course and is the first year part of a five
year (250 classes) program. It is intended for those intending to
practice yoga for a number of years and
interested in taking their yoga
to a deeper level.
The course is a great way to learn about yoga in a
more detailed way and will also teach you how to establish a solid foundation in
your own personal yoga practice that will last a lifetime.
Available to enrolled students only (no casuals),
the course will allow us to work on a more personal level ensuring a
quicker and deeper progress to occur as well as a more flowing
development in your understanding of the science of holistic health ie. YOGA.
Teachings will include;
Yoga Philosophy and
history.
Asana in depth and development.
Kriyas-yoga cleansing exercises.
Bandhas-body energy locks.
Pranayama-breathing exercises.
Meditation.
Applying Yoga to your lifestyle.
At the end of the first year, students will be
invited to do a private assessment on their progress and
understanding of yoga with Peter.
The course is open to yoga students of all levels
and will run once a week for 50 weeks (missed classes can be made
up).
Course Times:
Thursday 9am to 10.30am or Thursday 6pm to 7.30pm.

Cost: $800 / $650
